Job Description : SALES HEAD EAST AFRICA FOR FMCG Consumer goods , hair care , skincare, bakery dairy edible oil flour noodles meat toothpaste Based in Nairobi (can be based in Uganda Or Tanzania 10-12 yrs years experience USD 55-75k pa Bachelor OR MBA Client will provide work visa MUST: Experience of channel sales distributor mgmt for FMCG or personalcare products in east africa Person should be knowing top channel partners & distributors for above products in above countries Person must be on payroll of fmcg company & not distributor Its a Individual contributor role & reports to GM sales for africa responsible to develop and drive the personal care business of the client in East African countries Develop New Business in East Africa by appointing distributors for the personal care business of the company build a strategy for multiple channels of sales in the region. Competition analysis of prices in the market for Bar Soap, Liquid Handwash, Anti Bacterial Product, Shower Gels, shampoo. New Product Launches, increasing the volume and value of sale. Meet regional sales financial objectives by forecasting requirements; preparing an annual budget; scheduling expenditures. PERSON MUST HAVE EXPERIENCE IN SALES IN AFRICAN MARKET & FOR FMCG PRODUCT
