General Manager 
20 yearsJob Description : GM EAST AFRICA - Lead the execution and implementation of sales activities for a range of new products, encompassing value selling, product promotion, key account management, product testing, technical issue resolution, price negotiation, and demand forecasting. - Identify potential new market opportunities for these products by closely engaging with prospective customers. - Cultivate robust and lasting partnerships with newly acquired key accounts, demonstrating the highest standards of professionalism and integrity. - Take an active role in negotiations with suppliers, eventually leading such negotiations. - Monitor and review outstanding collections from customers with the team. - Monitor sample approval process at the customer. - Prepare Marketing Budgets. - To work as an IPC (Independent Profit Centre) by managing the annual budget. - Conduct market research to identify and prioritize market opportunities. - Assist with the analyzing, planning and development of organizations objectives and strategic plans for developing business opportunities, achieving growth objectives and reaching financial profitability. - Ability to develop strategic plans for revenue growth. - Ability to communicate with customers at all levels both inside and outside of the organization. - Ability to learn quickly and to project that learning to the business needs. Qualification And Experience: 1. BE or BSc with MBA & Having 20+ years of experience in customer-facing roles within B2B segments & having Background in PP and PE sales is required (sourcing of 3rd party material). 2. Extensive network of contacts within Industry. 3. Expert in financial management and persistent business will to succeed. 4. Planning and managing the company's performance. 5. Manage operations and processes within budget. 6. Ability to enforce and maintain high standards, even under pressure. 7. General and senior management skills. 8. Exposure to brand management, a distinct advantage 9. Good working knowledge of computers 10. Leadership/Managerial Skills 11. Strategic Thinking, Good Leadership, Strong Analytical Skills 12. Achieve targets in a dynamic and competitive business environment. 13. Successfully manage a diverse group of employees. 14.
