We’re recruiting for a Quantity Surveyor to join a leading main contractor on a high-profile $20 Million development project in the West Indies. This is your chance to take the commercial lead on a major build, in one of the most beautiful parts of the world. ???????? ???? The Role: You’ll be the lead commercial point on site, responsible for managing all QS duties across the lifecycle of this landmark building project. Working closely with the project team and client, you'll be key to delivering this scheme successfully — on time and on budget. ? What our client is looking for: ???? Degree-qualified Quantity Surveyor ???? Proven experience working on building projects in the Caribbean ???? Strong background with main contractors ???? Experience leading projects valued at $20M USD or more as the project QS ???? Confident managing commercial matters independently on-site This is an incredible opportunity for someone who knows the region, understands the nuances of construction in the Caribbean, and is ready to take the reins on a project of real scale and significance. The position is paying up to $10,000 USD per month plus company car and benefits.
