Job Description : ESTIMATION MANAGER SENEGAL 10-15 years experience · Studying tender documents and preparing the synopsis · Prepare BOQ and construction costing · Analyze the tender documents and work on strategic points for winning the tenders · Prepare & Analyze the site cost estimate in consultation with site team and provide optimization input · Analyze previous costing visa vis current costing and reason for variance · Provide technical and documentation support to tender team · Interact and follow up with internal department and external parties for getting timely inputs. · Prepare and send RFQ to various parties as required for the tender · Prepare the price schedule and other schedule required for tender submission · Conduct site visits · Explore subcontractors in new and existing countries in order to optimize the costing · Develop and maintain tender/competitor / subcontractor data base
