Experience: 15–20 Years | MBA Key Responsibilities & Expectations: ? Drive Sales, P&L, and Business Growth ? Lead cross-functional teams – hiring, mentoring, retaining talent ? Deep understanding of business drivers (margins, working capital, break-even) ? Review and prepare reports for regional/group-level stakeholders ? Strong exposure to structured environments with systems & processes ? Hands-on approach to operations, logistics, inventory & service delivery ? Implement systems and controls that boost efficiency ?
