Job Description : CFO UAE CFO (Chief Financial Officer) Job Roles: • Oversee all financial aspects of company and drive its financial strategy and planning by analyzing its performance and risks. • Develop the corporate financial strategy within the company objectives. • Conduct analysis to make forecasts and report to top management. • Cooperate with the financial auditor to prepare quarterly and annual balance sheets and all documents required for bank facilities or leasing. • Producing accurate financial reports and information. • Developing cash flow statements and maintaining effective cash flow. • Monitor the day-to-day financial operations within the company (payroll, invoicing, and other transactions) • Prepare Bank Reconciliation. • Managing credit and providing advice in making financial decisions. • Arranging for debt and equity financing. • Making financial forecasts. • Managing risk of financial loss. • Designing and implementing policies and procedures that enable proper financial control. • Ensure proper record keeping according to auditing and government standards. • Leading, guiding, and developing financial staff. • Managing financial documents pertaining to import and export processes. • Ensure compliance with accounting policies and regulatory requirements • Manage the company's financial accounting, monitoring, and reporting systems. • Analyze costs, pricing, variable contributions, sales results, and the company’s actual performance compared to the business plans. • Sufficient knowledge on VAT, and capable to advice the Accounts on VAT issues. Qualifications: • Minimum of 10 years of experience in the same field • Relevant experience in a ready-mix company is a must • Relevant years of experience in financial institutions is a must • Bachelor's Degree in finance (MBA, CPA, CMA, CFA is mandatory) • Strong demonstrated use of Excel, Word, and PowerPoint. • Excellent business judgment, analytical, and decision-making skills • Ability to work and effectively communicate with senior-level business partners. • Knowledge of financial reporting and data mining tools such as SQL, Access, etc.
