Job Description Lead the national security strategy, ensuring alignment with operational goals and compliance requirements. Oversee multi-site security operations through a strong network of regional managers and ground teams. Manage incident response, internal investigations, and mitigation strategies across the enterprise. Liaise with relevant external authorities and internal stakeholders to uphold security protocols. Develop and execute business continuity and crisis management frameworks. Conduct regular security audits and risk assessments to pre-empt operational vulnerabilities. Champion a culture of vigilance, integrity, and continuous improvement in security performance. The Successful Applicant At least 12-15 years of experience in senior security leadership roles, preferably in high-risk or regulated sectors. Background in law enforcement, military, or corporate risk & security management preferred. Demonstrated success managing national or regional operations in a structured, compliance-heavy environment. Strong command of risk assessment, crisis response, and stakeholder communication. Exceptional leadership, strategic thinking, and team development capabilities. High discretion, accountability, and ethical standards are essential.
