Job Description : Director of Supply Chain ???? Missouri, USA - on-site ???? $175 - 200k + bonus + relocation support Open to International candidates This is a single-site manufacturer with a strong retail presence and a modern, well-invested plant, however the planning and purchasing processes are still heavily manual. The opportunity? Lead the function, professionalise the systems, and help take the operation to the next level without disrupting what’s already working. This is a key role with broad scope: - Scheduling, meat procurement, and inventory across a fast moving plant - Direct reports in scheduling, buying, logistics, and warehousing - Strategic involvement in sourcing, capacity planning, and demand forecasting - Part of a 10 person leadership team, reporting to the COO The culture: ?
