Person should come with * Entrepreneur bent of Mind, * Long Term approach, * High on Energy & Drive * Someone who is willing to take ownership of Business, * * Have ability to deal with ambiguity and uncertainty * Work closely with Promoters * Able to setup robust systems and process, * Guide and Mentor existing team to perform and drive the business while taking them along.
