15 yearsJob Description : BUSINESS HEAD WEST AFRICAN REGION This role will ensure managing distributors and driving business growth across the African region, conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities, develop sales strategies to increase revenue, build strong relationships with key clients and distributors, negotiate contracts, and oversee distribution channels. • Lead and manage distributor relationships to drive business growth across the market. • Develop and execute sales strategies aimed at increasing market share and revenue. • Negotiate contracts and pricing with key distributors and partners. • Oversee distribution channels to ensure timely and efficient product delivery. • Enhance brand visibility through targeted marketing and trade initiatives. • Manage regional budgets and optimize logistics to improve supply chain efficiency. • Maintain a strong field presence and foster long-term client relationships. • Strong background in the FMCG sector with 15+ years of experience in sales and distribution. • Proven track record in managing sales targets, negotiating with key distributors, and driving business growth. • Willingness to travel frequently across the region for market visits, distributor engagement, and field execution. • Experience in managing multiple distributors within the region. • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
