Job Description : Contracts Manager- QATAR Job type :- Long term Qualification: BE B Tech Engineering Experiance :- 20+ Years in Oil & Gas EPC Engineering Oil | Gas Pipeline | Refinery | Commercial Contracts | Gasification | Contract Contract Management |Contract Administration |Contract Drafting |Contract Negotiations |Claims Management |Bid Evaluation |Vendor Management |Cost Estimate |Value Engineering |Project Management | Apply contract management practices and the procedures in cooperation with the project management, procurement and technical teams, respecting the project rules. Support project organization in all aspects of Contract Management Ensure the application and respect relevant procedures in contract and variation order/claims administration. Coordinate the relations with the PMC/Suppliers /EPC contractors. Consolidate all contracts and purchasing information for analysis and reporting, weekly and monthly. Monitor the completion dates and renewal dates of contracts, warranties, insurances, bonds etc. Provide input to project Monthly Report . Participate to commercial / contractual negotiations during the development and execution phase of the project .
