Job Description : BUSINESS UNIT MANAGER BARCELONA SPAIN Open to International bi lingual candidates a leading multinational in the chemical sector, is seeking a Business Unit Manager - Personal Care to lead a key department within the company. Maintain close contact with customers and develop commercial management of the raw materials section for the personal care, detergent, and other industries. Identify and attract new clients and maintain relationships with existing ones, providing them with technical advice. Attend trade shows and events to promote products. Collaborate with other teams to achieve established objectives Technical training is essential (preferably chemical engineering, pharma or similar). Minimum of 18 years' prior experience in sales departments of distribution companies (or manufacturers) of raw materials for the personal care industry. Communication and negotiation skills, team management. Desire to grow in a project with potential, contributing representation and knowledge.
