Finance and Accounts Head

Job Description : ESG MANAGER EGYPT The incumbent will lead the development, implementation, and monitoring of the companys Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) strategy. This includes ensuring compliance with relevant ESG regulations and reporting frameworks, improving overall sustainability performance, and fostering a culture of responsible and ethical business practices. The role also involves driving stakeholder engagement and aligning ESG initiatives with the organizations long-term strategic goals. Develop and implement ESG strategies aligned with company goals and regulatory requirements. Monitor and ensure compliance with local and international ESG standards and frameworks. Coordinate with cross-functional teams to collect and report ESG-related data. Lead the preparation and submission of sustainability and ESG disclosures. Identify ESG risks and opportunities, and recommend mitigation or improvement actions. Collaborate with external stakeholders, including rating agencies, auditors, and consultants. Drive awareness and training programs on ESG policies and best practices. Track industry trends and regulatory changes to keep ESG policies updated. Support internal audits and assessments related to ESG performance. Engage in corporate social responsibility (CSR) initiatives and reporting. Contribute to environmental compliance, waste management, and resource efficiency efforts. Prepare management reports and presentations on ESG performance metrics and initiatives. Skills / Knowledge / Competencies ESG & Sustainability Knowledge Regulatory & Compliance Awareness Analytical & Reporting Skills Stakeholder Engagement Project Management Preferred candidate profile Bachelor or Master Degree in Environment / ESG / Sustainability 8-10 years of experience in ESG and Sustainability initiatives Hands-on experience in ESG strategy development, implementation, and reporting. Familiarity with global ESG standards and frameworks
