Job Description : DGM RETAIL DRC Manage overall store operations, including inventory management, stock control, and logistics. Oversee retail store operations, ensuring efficient use of resources and optimal customer satisfaction. Develop and implement strategies to improve sales performance, reduce costs, and enhance profitability. Lead a team of staff members, providing guidance on best practices and driving continuous improvement initiatives. Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements. Desired Candidate Profile 10-15 Years of relevant experience as Store Manager / Area Manager / Regional Manager in a Retail Supermarket / Hypermarket setup 10-15 years of experience in general or deputy general management roles within the Retail / E-Commerce / Quick Commerce / Logistics / Warehousing Strong understanding of ERP systems (SAP) for effective inventory management and supply chain optimization. Proven track record in managing large-scale retail stores operations with multiple locations.
