Job Description : General Manager – Construction | Dubai | AED 50K/Month a high-impact General Manager to lead their construction operations in Dubai. What You’ll Do: Drive operational strategy, growth, and profitability Oversee end-to-end project execution (cost, time, quality, HSE) Lead a high-performing team across engineering, PM, and support Build and maintain key client, consultant, and vendor relationships What We’re Looking For: 12+ years of construction experience, 5+ in a senior UAE leadership role Track record of delivering large-scale commercial or infrastructure projects Strong grasp of FIDIC contracts, UAE regulations, and project financials Degree in Engineering/Construction (MBA/PMP a plus) What’s On Offer: AED 50,000/month ????
