Factory Manager

Job Description : GARMENT MANUFACTURING FACTORY MANAGER ZIMBABWE Job Requirement - We need a Factory Manager that knows every facet of production, starting from making and grading patterns, checking markers, driving the cutting room, output and optimisation on the sewing floor, work study, SMV’s, line sets ups, bench balancing, quality assurance, laundry, pressing, training. The only area we are currently covered is plant and sewing machine maintenance. We need a practical and pragmatic person capable of running the factory from the floor. We are NOT looking for an office person. The person must be able to train and uplift their subordinates with real knowledge in each area of the factory. They need to be able to show the people what to do, not tell them Salary and benefits: * Salary will be as per the industry standards * Return air ticket will be provided every 2 years * House will be provided on a sharing basis (shared with 2 other male employees. Self cooking has to be done, food items and other items will be bought by the employee. Furniture is in place) * Vehicle with driver on sharing basis (Vehicle with driver will be provided to travel from home to work on a sharing basis) * Expense of work permit will be on the company. If work permit is taken and the employee decides to leave, all expenses will be on the employees account
