Job Description : CFO NORTH AMERICA FOR TRADING USD 250-275K As CFO you will oversee all financial operations, including budgeting, reporting, compliance and strategic planning while ensuring the long-term sustainability for this trading sector leading company. This is a unique opportunity to partner with the Executive board to make a significant impact in the future direction of this meaningful organization. Key responsibilties are many and varied but include:Strategic leadership. Financial Planning and Forecasting. Broad based financial Management. Develop and maintain a reliable cash flow projection process. Oversee all fiscal departments and their handling of banking relationships. Oversee fund-raising activities. Develop and implement operational improvement in financial infrastructure, processes, systems and third party support agencies.
