Job Description : CFO NORTH AMERICA Financial Reporting. Responsible for the preparation and analysis of monthly, quarterly and annual closings. Budgeting and Forecasting. Direct the preparation or annual budgets and oversee regular financial forecasts, reporting to the European HQ. Treasury and financing. Ensure the compliance of the corporate rules in the US and provide advise to the HQ on optimizing US financial structuring. Tax. Responsible for all local tax issues and the annual tax charges included in the North America financial reporting packages. Compliance and Risk Management. Ensure compliance with all financial regulations(GAAP/IFRS) Budget development. Corporate finance communication. Consult and co-build the US financial strategy with HQ. The Successful Applicant The successful candidate will have a minimum of 22 years progressive financial and accounting experience gained within the advertising, marketing or consumer products sectors. You will be CPA /caand have a proven track record of working in large holding companies, preferable with a European headquarters. This is a player-coach role and thus team play and an ability to collaborate locally and Internationally will be essential to success. What's on Offer Base salary from $275,000 and above.
