We are looking for a Senior Vice President – Treasury to lead our treasury operations, drive financial strategy, and manage global banking relationships. This pivotal role offers direct exposure to the Chairman and CFO, influencing corporate financial decision-making significantly. ???? **Key Responsibilities:** - Lead and execute treasury strategy focusing on liquidity, funding, and risk management - Represent the company to banks, the Chairman, and executive stakeholders - Optimize capital structure and oversee large-scale financing - Manage global banking relationships and negotiate credit facilities - Monitor market trends, FX risk, and interest rate exposure - Ensure full regulatory compliance and sound governance ? **Requirements:** - 15+ years in senior-level treasury roles with a strong execution background - Industry expertise in Real Estate, Data Centers, Airlines, Shipping, Logistics, Energy, or Telecom Infrastructure - Extensive network with regional and international banks - Profound understanding of corporate finance, liquidity management, and financial risk - Education: MBA (Finance), CFA, or equivalent qualifications - Excellent communication and leadership abilities - Preferred nationality/location: Candidates from Europe (Netherlands, France, Germany) or Asia Pacific region
