Job Description : Senior Finance Controller – Muscat, Oman (Oil & Gas Manufacturing) A leading multinational in Oman’s oil & gas manufacturing sector seeks an accomplished Senior Finance Controller to oversee financial strategy, compliance, and operational efficiency. Strategic Financial Leadership: Direct budgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial planning for manufacturing operations. Compliance & Reporting: Ensure adherence to IFRS, local regulations, and internal controls; lead audits (internal/external). Cost Optimization: Analyze production costs, overheads, and CAPEX to drive profitability. Treasury & Risk Management: Oversee cash flow, hedging, and financial risk mitigation. Team Leadership: Manage finance teams and collaborate with cross-functional departments. Qualifications & Experience: ? Must-Have: CA/CPA/ACCA/CMA or equivalent; Master’s in Finance/MBA preferred. 12+ years in financial controlling, with 5+ years in oil & gas/manufacturing. Expertise in IFRS, SAP/Oracle, cost accounting, and taxation (VAT, corporate tax). Proven track record in financial modeling, mergers & acquisitions (M&A). ?
