Job Description : : Deputy General Manager – Operations (Steel Industry) ???? Location: Abidjan, Ivory Coast ???? Industry: Steel / TMT / Structural Steel Experience : Minimum 15+ years in steel manufacturing ????? Languages Required: English, French, and Hindi ???????????????????????? & ????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????: - ? Oversee daily operations and production activities. ? Optimize manpower, machinery, and material usage. ? Lead production planning and ensure raw material availability. ? Drive process improvement (Lean, Six Sigma, 5S, Kaizen). ? Manage budgets and reduce operational costs. ? Ensure statutory and regulatory compliance. ? Liaise with government bodies and local authorities. ? Lead and mentor cross-functional teams. ?
