Job Description : REGIONAL LOGISTICS MANAGER CAMEROON Regional Logistics Manager to oversee logistics operations in Cameroon & Chad. The successful candidate will ensure the seamless transfer of raw materials and delivery of finished products while optimizing performance, cost efficiency, and compliance with group and local standards. This position is key to enhancing supply chain synergies, enforcing best practices, and ensuring a competitive logistics edge in a challenging market environment. Responsibilities: Implement and maintain an optimized logistics system for the flow of raw materials, inputs, spare parts, consumables, and finished products across both countries. Supervise end-to-end logistics operations including unloading, storage, shipping, and deliveries in accordance with cost, quality, and timing targets. Ensure coordination with all relevant stakeholders: shipping agents, customs authorities, transporters, and internal departments. Conduct routine performance reviews of logistics service providers, ensuring compliance with contractual obligations and HSE standards. Develop and manage logistics dashboards and reports; initiate proactive and corrective actions to mitigate risks. Lead and manage logistics teams across Chad and Cameroon, ensuring alignment with corporate procedures. Design and implement logistics strategies that support commercial goals and customer satisfaction through efficient cement delivery (bags, big bags, and bulk). Oversee licensing, permits, and customs documentation in full compliance with local regulations. Requirements: Qualification and Skill Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, or a related field. Minimum 8 years of experience in logistics or supply chain operations, preferably in the cement or heavy industry sector. Proven leadership in managing cross-border logistics and multi-country operations. Strong knowledge of customs regulations, port procedures, and international shipping logistics (IM8/IM4 declarations, BNFT, BGFT, BESC, etc.). Experience with logistics KPIs, performance metrics and dashboard reporting. Familiarity with HSE protocols and regulatory compliance in transport and storage environments. Bilingual proficiency in English and French is highly desirable.
