Job Description : Plant Head for a leading automobile plant . We are looking a for someone having a engineering degree , who has worked for a large plant having a turnover on excess of 300 cr . Should have worked across functions in production , quality , purchase and materials management . Should have handled a large workforce both unionized and non unionized for a established brand . The opening could be based in Uttaranchal or Punjab . Salary not a constraint. Preferred Age around 50 years .
