Mining Operations Head

Job Description : Head Mining Operations Experience: 20–30 Years Location: West Africa Qualification: B.E./B. Tech in Mining Engineering + First Class Mines Manager Certificate (metal Mining) Key Responsibilities: · Lead end-to-end operations across multiple mining sites (greenfield & operational). · Oversee mine planning, production, safety, and statutory compliance. · Drive development of greenfield projects from exploration to commissioning. · Ensure adherence to mining regulations and best-in-class HSE standards. · Manage teams across functions, ensuring productivity and operational excellence. · Liaise with government and regulatory bodies for clearances and compliance. · Optimize cost, equipment utilization, and ore recovery across sites. · Drive technology adoption and process automation in mining operations.
