Job Description : GENERAL MANAGER – NOODLES MANUFACTURING COMPANY LOCATION – CALABAR NIGERIA ONLY PEOPLE WITH PREVIOUS EXPEREINCE IN NOODLES MANUFACTURING WILL BE CONSIDRED Our client a Group with subsidiaries in the manufacturing sector, located in Calabar Cross Rivers State, urgently needs; A GENERAL MANAGER, for the Noodles manufacturing Company, a seasoned professional with at least 10 – 15 years’ experience at a Senior Management level of a Noodles manufacturing Company. A Bachelor degree in any discipline with an MBA. Must have managed a successful production Team in a similar Company, with extensive knowledge of operations, processes and machinery for producing Noodles. Sound financial acumen is a MUST. Candidate should be willing to relocate to Calabar relocation allowance will be borne by the Company. RESPONSIBILITIES Provide and implement a clear vision & strategy for the Noodles Company. Formulate functional plans, and allocate resources, with the view of achieving increasing business opportunities, profitability, growth and over all organizational goals and objectives annually and periodically. Drive financial management activities including annual budget development, financial performance, cash flow management etc Ensure creation, implementation and effective use of Standardized Operation processes in managing the total production processes to achieve business objectives, customer satisfaction and retention. Deep knowledge and understanding of the process of procurement of raw materials and the machinery required for the production top quality Noodles for increased market share. Have good working relationship with Team and the right personnel that will drive seamless production
