General Manager

Job Description : GM SUGAR KENYA will serve as the head of operations for a fully integrated sugar complex, reporting directly to the Business Head. - This senior leadership role carries full responsibility for managing sugar production, distillery operations, co-generation, engineering functions, and the overall administration of daily factory activities. - Lead and manage sugar production, distillery operations, and co-generation activities. - Supervise and support process optimization, quality control, and engineering functions. - To plan the budgeted volume of production and to achieve the budgeted volume of production for the budgeted year. - To meet material usage, manpower usage, inventory costs, personnel costs and overhead budgets. - Coordinate across departments to ensure seamless day-to-day factory operations. Profile: - Bachelor's degree in Sugar Technology, Sugar Process Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or Electrical Engineering. - Minimum of 20-25 years' experience in sugar manufacturing operations, with increasing levels of responsibility. - Must have an experience of leading Sugar production, CO-Gen and Distillery plant operations all together.
