Store Execution Head

Job Description : STORE EXECUTION HEAD DRC Manage daily operations of stores across multiple locations, ensuring efficient inventory management, stock control, and customer satisfaction. Oversee store planning, setup, and maintenance to maintain high standards of visual merchandising and store appearance. Develop and implement effective strategies for retail operations, including sales promotions, loss prevention, and employee performance evaluation. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth through data-driven insights and process improvements. Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements. 15-20 years of total experience with atleast 5 years of leadership experience in Stores Execution Profile in Supermarket / Hypermarket Chain and handling PAN country execution operations. His main responsibility will be to monitor Inventory Levels / conduct stock assessments / prepare planogram / ensure daily stock displays & neatness of the display as per planogram / advise, generate requests & approvals for new asset additions wherever feasible & required / Push category team for the availability of items as per planogram / Train store staff on structured displays / Highlight the shortfall in supplies through warehouse or stock outs at store & warehouse level on regular basis to avoid loss of business Desired Candidate Profile 15-20 years of experience in retail or FMCG industry with expertise in store execution. Strong understanding of retail operations, including store planning, setup, and management. Proven track record in driving business results through effective strategy development and implementation. Excellent leadership skills with ability to manage a team remotely. Proficiency in using technology tools for data analysis and reporting.
