General Manager Finance and Admin

Job Description : EXPAT GM FINANCE AND ADMIN VIETNAM You will lead all core finance functions, including accounting, compliance, internal audit, tax, costing, and financial reporting. Specifically, you will: Oversee financial management, general administration, accounting, and tax compliance. Drive annual budgeting and financial planning, tracking business performance with KPIs and scorecards. Ensure timely and accurate financial reporting, cash flow control, and tax compliance. Design and implement financial systems, policies, and procedures to support sustainable growth. Act as the key liaison with external auditors, banks, and tax authorities. Contribute to business development initiatives and investment planning. Jointly oversee the Corporate Office, helping to build internal capabilities. WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR: Experience: Minimum 12 years of accounting and finance experience, with a proven track record as a Financial Controller or Senior Finance & Administration Manager. Hospitality industry experience in Vietnam is preferred and essential. Expertise: Familiar with international accounting standards and Vietnamese accounting laws/regulations. Chief Accountant certification is required. Skills: Strong analytic skills, proactive, problem-solving, and organise. Fluent in both English and Vietnamese . Attributes: High level of personal integrity and trustworthiness, resilient, and able to work under pressure.
