With a network of over 500 retail outlets, oil blending, gas bottling, and large-scale storage facilities, the company is a major player in the region’s energy sector. We are looking for an experienced, strategic, and commercially savvy leader to shape the future of the organization. Key Responsibilities: Provide overall leadership, vision, and strategic direction for the company. Drive growth through operational excellence, market expansion, and innovative business solutions. Lead a high-performing team of senior executives and professionals to deliver on ambitious targets. Serve as the key liaison with the Board of Directors, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives. Ensure compliance with regulatory and industry standards while maintaining a culture of accountability and excellence. Ideal Candidate Profile: A proven track record of at least 25 years in operational, sales/marketing, and managerial roles, with 10 years in top management positions within downstream oil & gas or FMCG sectors. Strong commercial, business development, and strategic leadership skills. Excellent interpersonal and analytical abilities. A solid educational background from reputable and relevant institutions.
