Senior Logistics Manager

Job Description : INDIAN SENIOR LOGISTICS MANAGER POLAND Implement logistics strategies aligned with overall business objectives Strategically plan and manage logistic, warehouse, transportation and customer services. Supervise end-to-end logistics operations: outbound transportation, inventory management, order fulfillment, and delivery. Manage, mentor, and develop the logistics team across various functions (transportation, warehouse, inventory, and dispatches). Arrange warehouse, catalog goods, plan routes and process shipments. Keep track of quality, quantity, stock levels, delivery times, transport costs and efficiency. Resolve any arising problems or complaints. Meet cost, productivity, accurancy and timeliness targets, comply with laws, regulation and ISO requiremnets. Direct, optimize and coordinate full order cycle. Maintain metrics and analyze data to assess performance and implement improvements. Implementing of superiors other commands as long as they comply with the law, health and safety. Required skills: Record to successful distribution and logistic management. Proficient in standard logistics software. Ability to lead and manage staff. Minimum requirements: High education. Min. 12-15 years’ experience.
