Job Description : BUSINESS HEAD SUGAR EAST AFRICA - Full P&L ownership of the Sugar Division - Lead procurement of sugarcane and other key inputs - Oversee and optimize sugar production operations - Drive cost efficiencies, productivity, and profitability - Develop and implement strategic growth plans - Coordinate across procurement, production, and sales functions - Ensure compliance with regulatory and quality standards Experience Required: - 20+ years in the sugar, agro, or commodity sector - Strong expertise in procurement, production, and P&L management - Proven leadership in managing large-scale operations and cross-functional teams
