Job Description : General Manager to drive and lead the strategic growth of automotive business in Nigeria. The ideal candidate will bring a proven track record in driving strategic growth and operational excellence within a motors division. This leadership role requires comprehensive oversight of sales, marketing, and daily operations including team development, demand forecasting, inventory control, and the execution of marketing and promotional strategies. Key Qualifications: - 10 to 15 years of progressive experience in the automotive industry, with a minimum of 5 years in a senior leadership or general management capacity. - Demonstrated ability to lead end-to-end dealership or automotive business units, encompassing sales, after-sales support, and spare parts operations. - Experience operating within emerging markets, particularly in Nigeria or West Africa, is a strong asset. - Deep expertise in vehicle sales, aftermarket solutions, service operations, and fleet management. - In-depth understanding of the Nigerian automotive landscape, including regulatory compliance, import/export logistics, and evolving customer preferences. - Strong financial acumen with hands-on experience in P&L responsibility, budgeting, and financial planning.
