Job Description : GM in Pharma Segment. Location: Kinshasa, DR Congo. Gradation Level: Sr Mgt Position Type: Responsibility for leading the pharmaceutical manufacturing division by ensuring regulatory compliance, efficient plant operations, successful greenfield project execution, and alignment with corporate strategy. This includes optimizing production capabilities, controlling costs, managing quality systems, and driving innovation and growth, while ensuring high standards in GMP, EHS, and quality assurance. EHS and Risk Management Master of Business Administration (MBA) preferred, especially in Operations or Pharma Management. 15+ years of experience in pharmaceutical manufacturing and operations. Minimum 5 years of experience in a P&L ownership role. Proven experience in leading greenfield and/or brownfield pharmaceutical projects. Age Maximum age of 50 years. Preferences Strong technical and operational experience in GMP-certified pharmaceutical manufacturing. Hands-on experience in injectable, tablet, or formulation plants preferred. Prior international experience or work in Africa is highly desirable.
