18 yearsJob Description : Lead - HR (Projects) Job Location: Lagos BUSINESS UNIT : Hydrocarbon SUB_BUSINESS_UNIT : Downstream (Shared Services) Sub Department : HRBP KEY RESPONSBILITIES · Responsible for manpower Planning and consolidation of requirements in terms of positions and numbers. · Responsible for identifying and onboarding the right talents as per the Project schedule. · Implement Contribution Management System including performance tracking, monitoring and implementing improvement plans. · Liason with HRSS team for drafting HR Policies and practices and implementation · Liason with HRSS Talent Management team for designining and implementing project / plant / business specific technical and functional training programs to enhance the knowledge and competencies of team members · Work closely with Team Leaders and Team Members to improve communications and work relationships towards building morale, increasing productivity and enhancing retention. · Provide regular guidelines and clarity on all the HR operational aspects - leave management & compensation and benefits & HR letters. · Liason with HRSS team to Implement Employee Engagement, Team Building and Wellness programs · Coordinate with HRSS team operation team for Immigration processes. · Liason with Admin team to ensure proper accommodation facilities (Maintenance, supplies, and services), quality of food & services, hygiene, cleanliness and upkeep of Canteens, management & maintenance of transport services,upkeep of Office & workspace, furniture, pantry, stationaries and housekeeping for Team Members. · Liason with HRSS Talent Management team to Implement performance management system to maximize the performance of team members and build performance driven culture · Support effective Compliances Management in coordination with respective Corporate Liaisoning Teams. Well-versed in handling Plant Administration task. · Candidate should possess Leadership qualities and should be Go-getter.
