Job Description : Business Head – API (Cephalosporin) Business | Gulf Country ???? We are looking for a Business Head to take complete P&L responsibility for a Cephalosporin API manufacturing plant based in a Gulf country. ???? Key Requirements: • Must have 20 + year of experience in API Manufacturing with. Minimum 5–7 years as a Site Head at an API manufacturing facility • Strong background in Cephalosporin API manufacturing • Prior experience in P&L ownership or as a Cluster Head managing multiple API facilities • Proven leadership in managing end-to-end operations at API manufacturing sites ???? Ideal Profile: Someone who has successfully led an API site, preferably in Cephalosporins and have a full business P&L role.
