Supply Chain Head

Job Description : SUPPLY CHAIN HEAD CARIBBEAN Act as a knowledge source for all Customs regulations and documentation requirements pertaining to imports / exports Monitor and closely liaison with the clearing agents and transporters Coordinate shipments’ status with all end users (factory supply chain, technical stores, business, ACP, LPS) Manage a team of four Imports Executives in addition to clearing agents Serves as the strategic interface with the GISC executive leadership team and functional leaders globally for the purpose of GISC – IT strategy development, solution discovery, and relationship management Develops technology roadmap and associated initiative portfolio and manage execution of the portfolio Performs annual business plan and 5-year strategy plan for IT base costs and project investments Manages global IT team that supports GISC, matrix of IT partners across JCI Provides high-value strategic consulting level support and guidance through key initiatives Proactively shares knowledge of business process discipline and technology risks and opportunities to build competitive advantage and improve efficiency and effectiveness Qualifications for head, supply chain People management skills to build a world class supply chain organization Bachelors / Undergraduate degree or equivalent Post graduate degree in a related field or MBA would be an advantage Strong facilitation & influencing skills Exceptional presentation and communication skills (verbal, written and non-verbal) Healthy learning interest, curious, innovative
