Profit Centre Head

Job Description : Profit Center Head for Africa location who will be responsible for managing Sales & P&L responsibility for the country assigned. Industry - Building Materials Job Location- East Africa/Central Africa Candidate will be given a Total CTC package. Break-up of Total CTC is Annual Basic Salary + Benefits (Benefits include -Car allowance, Medical Insurance, PF, Social Security Fund, Leave Passage etc.) Net Pay = Annual Basic Salary - Taxes Expenses to be managed by the candidate from Net Pay - Accommodation, Food expenses, Utility expenses, Child Education if applicable etc. After all expenses, the amount left in hand is savings potential, this varies depending on the expenses. In addition to the above, the candidate will be eligible for a variable pay of 15% of the Total CTC Package which will be performance-based pay. Client will also provide Family Visa to the candidates if required. MBA from a Premier Institution (Top ranked colleges) Strong experience in P&L management with Building Materials/FMCG Industry 14 years of experience in B2C & B2B Sales route Candidate must be willing to relocate to Africa Team management experience
