This is a senior leadership role reporting directly to the CEO, with a span of control over 400–600 employees and a direct team of 6–8. Key Responsibilities: ? Lead Manufacturing, Quality, Engineering, Dispatch & Maintenance ? Build globally benchmarked manufacturing facilities ? Drive lean manufacturing, TQM, TPM, and cost optimization ? Ensure world-class quality systems (ISO, IATF, etc.) ? Champion automation, process excellence, and safety ? Build and mentor high-performing teams
