Experience: 10+ years We are looking for a hands-on, experienced Maintenance Manager with 10+ years in the flexible packaging/plastics industry—especially in film extrusion (mono & multilayer), printing machines, and PE recycling plants. ???? Key Responsibilities: • Lead and manage the maintenance team • Ensure smooth operation of film extrusion, printing, and recycling lines • Execute preventive/breakdown maintenance plans • Oversee installations, utility piping, and workshop equipment • Manage spare parts and technical documentation • Coordinate with OEMs, production, and utilities • Drive team training, safety, and continuous improvement ???? Candidate Profile: • B.E. in Mechanical Engineering (mandatory) • Strong expertise in extrusion, printing (Roto & Flexo), PE recycling • Skilled in project execution, piping installation, and tool room ops • Proficient in MS Office and maintenance systems • Leadership, problem-solving, and coordination skills ????
