Group Marketing Director

Job Description : Group Marketing Director for a leading multi-sector organization headquartered in Nigeria. The Ideal Candidate should possess the following: · Over 15 years of advancing experience in marketing, with a strong background in strategic planning and leadership roles. · Proven track record in developing and executing successful marketing strategies across multiple channels. · Strong Experience in building, managing, and mentoring marketing teams. · Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills. · Experience managing both digital (SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, online ads) and traditional marketing (print, TV, radio, events). · Hands-on knowledge of tools like Google Analytics, Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, and LinkedIn. · Experience managing websites via CMS platforms. · Deep understanding of SEO/SEM best practices and performance optimization. · Strong ability to align marketing plans with organizational goals and KPIs. · Expertise in budget planning, resource allocation, and performance measurement using marketing analytics tools. · Solid understanding of market research methods, competitive analysis, and data interpretation. Compensation Package: $10,000 monthly salary, plus private accommodation, food allowance, medical coverage, and yearly bonus based on per performance.
