Job Description : COO AGRI EAT AFRICA Department - Operations Reports to- MD & CEO Function - Operations Nos of Reportees 8-10 Responsibility Level - EVP Experience Range in years- 15-20 Qualification : - Graduation from any stream with Master / PG in Operations. Candidates having MBA will have an added advantage Ideal Candidate for this position : - Process oriented highly motivated & self-driven individual with eye for details. - Proven track record in Operations, Risk Management & Customer Service. - Proven track record in transition management. - Exposure and or understanding of Agri commodities will be an added advantage. - Experience in B2B purchase / procurement in Physical Commodities is desirable. - Experience in handling Government/PSU clients. - Experience in handling multiple teams simultaneously with more than 10 members in each team. - Good understanding of ISO 9001 & 27001 - Experience in Front / Back and Middle Office - Exposure to large projects and transition management is must. Job Responsibilities : - Will be responsible for the market operations of the company. - Handling multiple teams for Market Operations, Customer Service, Risk Management, Participant Management and MIS - Plays key role in attaining Business Process Excellence - Plays key role in creating Business Continuity Plans (BCP) - Ensuring strict adherence of SOPs. - Analyzing process workflows & attain Process Optimization - Handle Regulatory Compliance Function - Customer Interaction Required - Close co-ordination between Business and Technology teams.
