Job Description : HEAD OF FLEET MANAGEMENT MADRID SPAIN Open to Spanish speakers worldwide Head of Fleet Management We are looking for aoperational leader with strategic visionto assume full responsibility for the fleet management area at one of the fastest-growing mobility startups in Europe. This position is ideal for someone who wants tobuild from scratch, scale processes and lead a team in a fast-growing, low-bureaucracy environment. You will be responsible for all operations related to the vehicle's lifecycle: from delivery to the customer through final collection. This includes logistics, maintenance, claims, reconditioning, supplier management, and process optimization.complete autonomy to design, implement and scalea robust system that allows managing tens of thousands of vehicles with efficiency and excellence. Main Responsibilities: Design and document key processes in the area (deliveries, claims, maintenance, fines, etc.) with clear KPIs. Lead daily execution and ensure service quality in coordination with camps, workshops, insurers, and logistics providers. Build and lead a team of ~15 people, defining roles, objectives, and tools. Develop dashboards and alert systems to anticipate operational errors. Collaborate with areas such as Product, Technology, Customer Experience, and Procurement to scale with automation. Optimize logistics costs, delivery times, and fleet availability. Manage the entire vehicle lifecycle, including reconditioning and end-of-contract appraisals. Required Profile: Experience leading complex logistics operations, with part of the process internalized and part outsourced. In-depth knowledge of the automotive sector, leasing, and large fleet management. Ability to work with KPIs, documented processes, and demanding quality standards.
