Sales Director

Job Description : SALES DIRECTOR SPAIN Open to International candidates with a leading packaging company based in Seville to recruit a Sales Director. The company, undergoing national and international expansion, offers sustainable and innovative solutions to a diverse B2B client base: Main responsibilities Define and implement the strategic commercial plan at the national and international level. Lead, motivate, and develop the sales team to achieve established objectives. Identify new business opportunities and market openings. Establish pricing, margins, and key customer development (KAM) policies. Coordinate with the operations, R&D, and marketing departments to launch new products. Market, competition, and trend analysis to adapt the commercial strategy. Control and monitoring of KPIs, forecasting and periodic reporting to management. Requirements University degree (preferably in Business Administration, Economics, or similar); an MBA is a plus. Minimum of 5 years' experience in Sales Management positions within the packaging or related sectors. Advanced level of English (minimum B2); a second language will be an asset. Availability to travel.
