Chief Information Security Officer

Job Description : CHIEF INFORMATION SECURITY OFFICER SINGAPORE Chief Information Security Officer. This is an exciting opportunity to shape the cybersecurity landscape in a growing and security-conscious organization. What you'll do: Define and lead the enterprise information security strategy aligned to business and regulatory priorities. Build and scale a high-performing security team across functions including GRC, security operations, and application security. Establish and maintain information security policies and procedures. Lead regular risk assessments, internal audits, and third-party security reviews. Oversee security monitoring, threat detection, and incident response. Manage deployment of security tools (such as SIEM, EDR, cloud security platforms). Own the development, testing, and execution of the incident response plan. Lead post-incident investigations and continuous improvement efforts. Promote security awareness across all levels of the organization. What you bring: Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or equivalent. At least 15 years of experience in information security and 3 years of experience in leadership roles. Strong understanding of regulatory environments in Singapore with proven track record in managing enterprise-level security functions, risk programs, and compliance. Expertise in cloud security, threat intelligence, incident response, and security architecture. Relevant certifications such as CISSP, CISM, CISA, CRISC, or equivalent. Strong leadership, mentoring, problem-solving and client engagement.
