Job Description : LOGISTICS DIRECTOR PAN CARIBBEAN s looking for a strategic and experienced Logistics Director to oversee our company-wide logistics operations and ensure seamless processes that enhance productivity and efficiency. As a pivotal role in our manufacturing chain, the Logistics Director will be instrumental in managing logistics systems, leading teams, and optimizing our transportation and distribution network. This position calls for not only expertise in logistics but also a strong leadership presence to drive operational excellence. Responsibilities Develop logistics operations strategies to maximize efficiency and minimize cost. Oversee the management of warehousing, transportation, distribution, and logistics support staff. Implement cutting-edge logistics technology solutions to streamline operations. Manage relationships with vendors, suppliers, and logistics partners to ensure high levels of service delivery. Analyze logistics data reporting to determine the most cost-effective and efficient means of transporting materials and products. Lead, mentor, and develop a large team of logistics personnel to optimize performance. Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations concerning transportation and logistics operations within the industry. Negotiate contracts and rates with logistics service providers. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field. Minimum of [x] years in a logistics or supply chain management role within the manufacturing industry.
