15 yearsJob Description : RSM DRC RSM DEPARTMENT Sales REPORT TO Business head LOCATION Africa Job Summary This role will deliver quality work within deadlines with or without direct supervision, interact professionally with team members, customers and suppliers working effectively as a team contributing to all assignments, work independently while understanding and coordinating work effortlessly with other employees. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES 1. Report to office/deport every day, at agreed time in the morning. 2. Gate meeting: · Conduct sales force meeting to evaluate previous days performance · Plan and discuss specific tasks for the day · Review C.R. wise sales achievement and performance against plans · Appreciate above average performance in the group 1. DSS · Reconcile dues for sales check load in unsold stocks and banking receipts · Sign DAR to confirm documentation/ reconciliation and forward it to accounts department · Prepare sales analysis report capturing C.R wise / brand and pack wise sales and KPIs from (Sales Automation Process) · Ensure all C.Rs / ADRs are following timelines. · Make sure C.Rs are carrying following necessary documents while leaving for route · Check if VANS are loaded as per load out proposal. · Make sure POS materials are available for C.Rs · Ensure C.Rs/ADRs have filled cooler complaints form properly, for any cooler complaints in the market. ROUTE TO MARKET ACTIVITY · Achieve daily/ weekly and monthly volume target for assigned area. · Responsible for expansion of markets to untapped areas and activate customers within existing areas. · Improve KRAs for the assigning block by tracking C.R. wise and daily KPI reports. · Convert and track competitors activities in the territory · Resolve customers complaints, if any immediately · Work on improving merchandising/ Brand visibility in the market. · Ensure stock rotation in the outlet. Like FIFO DAY END REVIEW · Update SM / OM with market activities submit market visit report to SM/OM. · Discuss with CR/ ADRs for data work, sales achieved against target and market activity. · Check load out proposal for next day. Report changes to yard department, if any. · Close day after receiving DSS/ Final settlement summary from all C.R.s.
