Job Description : Group CEO for a Diversified Group of Companies, based at Bhubaneswar, Odisha We are a dynamic, fast track manufacturing conglomerate, established about a decade ago for manufacturing Refractory Products & Specialty Chemicals. Within a very short span of time the Group emerged as an Industrial Powerhouse of Odisha. Over the years the group has been putting the stamp of confidence in manufacturing varied chemical products and alternate fuels to cater the needs of different PSUs and other reputed private Corporates. The Business provides a total Cost Management service to its customers in the areas of fuel savings. The Group CEO will lead and oversee the strategic direction, operational excellence, and financial performance of the group of companies operating in the refractory, chemical & Pre-Engineering Steel Buildings industries. This leadership role demands a vision with a proven ability to manage diversified business operations, drive growth, foster innovation, and maintain a competitive edge in the market with hands-on involvement in operations and growth strategy execution. Key Expectations: · Develop and execute the long-term vision, mission, and strategy for the group. · Identify and capitalize on market opportunities, ensuring sustainable growth and profitability. · Oversee mergers, acquisitions, and strategic partnerships to expand business horizons. · Ensure efficient operations across all business units, aligning with the group’s goals and KPIs. · Promote and implement best practices in manufacturing, supply chain, and quality management. · Drive financial performance by optimizing revenue streams, controlling costs, and ensuring robust cash flow. · Prepare and present financial reports to the board and stakeholders, providing actionable insights. · Build, mentor, and manage a high-performing leadership team. · Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and innovation within the organization. · Lead succession planning and talent development initiatives across all levels. · Develop strong relationships with key customers, suppliers, and industry stakeholders. · Monitor industry trends, competitive landscape, and regulatory changes to maintain market relevance. · Drive marketing and sales strategies to strengthen brand presence globally. · Ensure compliance with legal, regulatory, and environmental standards in refractory and chemical sectors. · Establish and maintain strong corporate governance practices. · Represent the company at industry forums and maintain a positive public image. Experience: Minimum of 20 years of leadership experience in manufacturing, refractory, or chemical industries. Work Location: Bhubaneswar (Corporate Office) Reporting to: Board of Directors.
