Finance Head

Job Description : FINANCE HEAD SINGAPORE Reporting to the Regional CFO and Managing Director, you will oversee the full finance function which includes controllership and business partnering responsibilities, You will lead the annual budgeting and forecasting process with a focus on accuracy and identifying where needed to improve business results. Crucially, this incumbent will partner with Managing Director in assessing business opportunities and oversee the project controlling function where you will support the commercial and legal team will clarification and negotiation of commercial conditions for tenders and customer contracts. You will play a lead role in identifying opportunities for process improvements and driving the smooth deployment of ERP systems (Oracle and SAP in due course) Ideally, you are professionally qualified with a Degree in Accountancy/ Finance. You will have at least 15 years of post- graduation experience, gained in a multinational. You possess strong accounting knowledge and solid commercial acumen. Experience in a project controlling environment is essential. You will have excellent interpersonal skills and are able to build key relationships with senior stakeholders.
