They are seeking an Assistant Facilities Manager who has some HVAC skills to join their team. This is a great opportunity for an experienced facilities professional who enjoys hands-on work, thrives in a high-end hospitality setting, and is looking to grow within a world-class property. Benefits Base salary between $68k to $72k Accommodation provided or housing allowance Health insurance, meals and phone provided, and visa support The Role The Assistant Facilities Manager will support the day-to-day upkeep of the property, working closely with the Chief Engineer to ensure all areas are operating smoothly and safely. Responsibilities include assisting with general maintenance, coordinating repairs, and ideally bringing hands-on experience with HVAC systems or similar technical skills.
