Job Description : PLASTIC INJECTION MANUFACTURING HEAD MELBOURNE AUSTRALIA Open to International candidates with 20+ years experience - He must have experience as a Head of Plant for at least 3-5 years - He must have experience in Plastic / Injection Moulding. Responsibilities: 1. Proven ability to drive profitability and financial performance. 2. Deep hands-on experience across Extrusion, Vacuum Forming, and Injection Molding processes. 3. Effectively leading and developing workforces of 1500+ employees, including managing IR and ER issues.. 4. Extensive manufacturing operations experience, including production, CAPEX projects, raw material procurement, new product development, logistics, warehousing, engineering, finance, budgeting, costing, quality control 5. Expertise in liaising with local authorities and government bodies to ensure all statutory compliances are met and maintaining positive relationships with officials. 6. Proficient in managing and delivering complex projects on time and within budget. 7. Implementing strategies to optimize costs and improve efficiency. 8. Fostering positive employee relations and implementing effective training, development, and welfare programs. 9. Building and maintaining strong relationships with local authorities to secure necessary clearances and ensure smooth operations.
